Event Guidelines

Soul Standards
  • Speak With Love
Soul Pitch is about celebrating people, not embarrassing them. We encourage presentations that are thoughtful, creative, funny, authentic, and rooted in admiration. Keep the focus on the person being presented and what makes them special.

  • Keep It Elevated
Please avoid explicit content, embarrassing stories, or anything that compromises someone’s dignity. Good energy is required.

  • Make It Visually Engaging
Presentations should be created in a shareable digital format such as Canva or Google Slides. Presentation links must be accessible without requiring sign-in and ready to present upon arrival.

  • End With the Essentials
    Your final slide should include:

  • A clear photo

  • Instagram handle or preferred contact information

  • Anything else they’d want someone to know.

Mutual Energy Only
  • Anyone featured during Soul Pitch must know they are being presented, fully consent to participating, and attend the event.

  • Soul Pitch is rooted in respect, authenticity, and transparency.

  • Each presentation should remain within approximately 3–5 minutes to keep the evening flowing naturally.

  • CONSENT is key. Not only do participants need to know they are being presented, but all event attendees must provide a space of mutual respect.

Protect the Vibe
  • The vibe in the room matters.

  • Be respectful. Be kind. Respect boundaries. Everybody deserves to feel comfortable and safe while they’re here. Soul Pitch is LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcoming to people from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.

  • Dress code is business casual. The vibe is elevated, but still relaxed.

  • Cheer people on, clap loudly, and don’t be afraid to shoot your shot after the presentations.

  • Please be mindful when taking photos or videos of others and always respect privacy and boundaries.

Soul Inspiration
  • Need ideas for your presentation?

  • You can include:

    • Testimonials from friends and family

    • Favorite music or hobbies

    • Funny but loving stories

    • Mood boards

    • Green flags only

    • Creative visuals

  • There is no single way to Soul Pitch. Authenticity always wins.

Before You Pull Up
  • If your plans change, please notify the Soul Pitch team as soon as possible. Presentation opportunities are limited, and timely communication allows another featured guest the opportunity to participate.

  • Pull up, be yourself, and enjoy the night.

Your Soul Pitch Questions

Who will I meet at Soul Pitch?

We host singles aged 30 to 49 who are intentional about dating. Our space is built on shared culture and respect, ensuring you meet quality people in an inclusive and friendly environment. LGBTQIA+ members of the culture welcome!

How long is each elevator pitch?

Every pitch lasts about 3 to 5 minutes. It is just enough time to capture the room’s attention, spark a little curiosity, and show potential partners the true essence of who you are.

Will I find a romantic match here?

Our mission is to ignite genuine romantic chemistry. We combine a relaxed vibe with a structured social format to help you find a partner who aligns with your soul and your lifestyle. However, BNZ Soul Pitch does not guarantee a romantic connection. If you find a match please also do due diligence to ensure your safety and security with potential romantic partners.

What is Soul Pitch?

A curated social experience where selected participants "pitch" their single friend for a romantic connection through a short, engaging slideshow presentation. There will be an average of 8 presentations per evening.

Do I have to present a friend to attend?

No, all are welcome. Whether you are single person looking for a potential partner, or a supportive wing-person rooting on a friend. We just ask that all attendees are respectful, come with a postive attitude, and of course love the culture.
